If the cartridges are not working correctly.
please check 2 things
1) make sure the transparent tape is removed from the top of the cartridge.
2) do a nozzle check and a printhead clean (it is recommended that you do a
printhead clean after each cartridge) |

When I insert the cartridge, I get a
"unrecognized error" |

Depending on the printer model, there could be a
variety of reasons. Contact us and we'll determine if the situation can be
remedied or a replacement is needed |

My printer model is not listed on the packaging |
| A: |
Your printer model may not be listed on the
box/label. The package tend to only list a few of the printers models, but
the cartridges should work with your printer. We are working with supplier
to have a complete update on the models list. If you're still not sure,
contact us |

The cartridge is thinner than the regular ones I
purchased before. Will it work? |

Physical appearance on the cartridges may look
slight different than originals because they are in fact smaller. The new
cartridge is designed to save up to 30% in plastic during manufacturing.
However ink volume is either equal or slightly higher than regular
ones. |

When will I receive my order? |

Order will be shipped out within 1-2 business
days. Delivery times varies but its usually between 3-5 business days. |
